How We Started

CAP was founded to bridge the gap between the life insurance and banking industries, focusing on the challenges surrounding non-traditional collateral assignments. With decades of experience in the life insurance sector, our Founder saw firsthand the recurring challenges faced by bankers when working with insurance carriers. While bankers are well-versed in navigating UCC filings and working with county clerks, life insurance collateral assignments present a unique set of complications. The insurance industry lacks uniformity as each carrier has its own forms and processes which adds complexity and slows the process. CAP was created to address these issues, offering a clear, consistent, and reliable solution for handling non-traditional collateral assignments.
